Team Culture

Description

At our company, we work in cross-functional "squads": backend and frontend developers, UX/UI designers, test engineers, and product owners all sit together and develop ideas and projects as a team. Currently, we have 7 teams in Austria and over 50 employees in development across our offices in Linz, Steyr, and Wien. We also have special teams for services, internal software, and infrastructure.

Colleagues

Why did you choose this team?
For me, it has always been important to see a tangible sense in my work. I have been working voluntarily in the healthcare sector for many years - CGM offers a perfect environment for me to combine my passion for emergency services with my professional life. My colleagues come from all over the world and it is a great pleasure for me to work in this diversity of cultures.
What´s your job about?
Hospitals and doctors provide us with a daily insight behind the scenes. International software development is enormously exciting and challenging. Colleagues from other countries not only have different training or ideas, but also very country-specific problems. I am extremely motivated to actively tackle these challenges and - even more exciting, of course - to solve them.
What do you like most about your job?
We can actually help people who need help from a health perspective with our job. This gives me strength and motivation every day - here I can really make a difference!
