Employer reviews
According to employee reviews of Binderholz Group, meeting efficiency and career opportunities are particularly praised, standing out above industry standards. Appreciation at work and a safe environment for innovation are also highly valued. However, there is room for improvement in team diversity, documentation, and modern tech adoption, which are rated below average. Junior developers see less favorable opportunities, and work-life balance and flexibility are also areas that could be enhanced.
