Review Summary
According to reviews, AvaFin IT is praised for its team diversity, team spirit, work-life balance, and flexibility, with staff valuing the freedom at work. The company also stands out in supporting junior developers. However, improvements are needed in documentation and technical training, which are seen as below expectations. The tech-stack is considered outdated, and there's room for growth in equipment and career opportunities, despite the open and creative work culture.
