According to the reviews, Eviden's project management and communication culture are highly praised. The modern tech stack and team diversity also stand out positively. Employees particularly appreciate the team spirit and work-life balance. There is room for improvement in meeting efficiency and suitability for junior developers. Some criticize the stability of the code base and office equipment as below average, with work flexibility also slightly lacking compared to competitors.
