Employer reviews
According to reviews, A-Trust GmbH employees commend the salary and perks, as well as work-life balance, finding them above industry average. Job security and autonomy are particularly appreciated. However, there is room for improvement in documentation and adaptability, which fall below the industry standard. Contribution to open source projects is also seen as needing enhancement. Employee opinions on team diversity and communication suggest some challenges in these areas.
