- Definition und strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur-Roadmap sowie der Architektur im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
- Globale Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und kontinuierliche Optimierung der gesamten Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Server, Virtualisierung, Storage, Cloud und Rechenzentren).
- Leitung von globalen und lokalen Infrastrukturprojekten, Modernisierungsinitiativen sowie des Lifecycle-Managements.
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IT-Infrastruktur-Teams sowie strategische Personalplanung.
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Partner und Budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) sowie Sicherstellung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. TISAX, NIS2).

Qualifications
- Fundierte Expertise in Enterprise-Netzwerken, Virtualisierung, Server-/Storage-Technologien, Backup und Disaster Recovery.
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie exzellentes Vendor- und Stakeholder-Management.
- Exzellente Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch- oder weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus.
Experience
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der IT, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in leitender Funktion in internationalen oder multi-site Umgebungen.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen und hybrider Infrastruktur (vorzugsweise Microsoft Azure und MS 365).
