In this role, you design print media and social media content, develop UI/UX designs, and work closely with project management and client feedback to deliver precise and brand-compliant results.

Your role in the team
- Print & Drucksorten: Du gestaltest Folder, Plakate, Broschüren und Inserate nach klaren CI-Vorgaben und lieferst druckfertige Daten.
- Social Content: Du erstellst Posts, Stories und Kampagnen-Assets für Marken aus Handel und Tourismus. Das passiert schnell, markenkonform und in Serie.
- UI/UX: Du konzipierst und gestaltest Interfaces, Wireframes und Prototypen für Web und App.
- Projektübernahme: Du steigst in laufende Projekte ein, findest dich schnell in bestehenden Brand-Systemen zurecht und hältst Deadlines, auch wenn du mitten im Projekt übernimmst.
- Schnittstelle: Du stimmst dich eng mit Projektmanagement und Kunden ab und setzt Feedback präzise um, nicht nur nach Gefühl.

Qualifications
- Print-Know-how: Du kennst Druckvorstufe, Farbprofile und Beschnitt und weißt, was in der Druckerei ankommen muss.
- Digital-Skills: Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für Social-Formate und UX-Grundlagen und denkst in Komponenten und Systemen.
- Tools: Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) und Figma; Motion/After Effects ist ein Plus.
- Markengefühl: Du arbeitest präzise innerhalb bestehender CIs und bringst trotzdem eigene Ideen ein.
- Verlässlichkeit: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und behältst mehrere Projekte parallel im Blick.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein Portfolio, das deine Bandbreite zeigt.
Experience
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign, idealerweise in einer Agentur.
