Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning in the industry
• Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale, with expertise in using agentic frameworks, vector databases, grounding, and other relevant concepts.
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development (e.g., LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno)
• Proven experience in research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including ready-to-use AI services, AutoML approaches, and custom model development.
• Strong and assertive communication skills
• Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems

Beneficial Skills:

• Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud AI/ML stack (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini Models, Vector Search)
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAs, LangSmith), writing integration tests, and establishing robust validation strategies for Generative AI and agentic applications.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for MLOps/AIOps
• A/B testing expertise for AI models and applications

Experience
