Job Summary
In this apprenticeship, you will learn to set up IT systems and networks, solve technical problems, configure modern hardware, and support exciting IT projects in a research environment.
Your role in the team
- Learn how to set up and support IT systems and networks.
- Be the first point of contact for technical problems and find solutions.
- Work with modern hardware and software, especially in science and research, and help your colleagues with technical questions.
- Support exciting IT projects and contribute your ideas.
- Learn how to configure and commission network technologies, servers, end devices and services such as web applications and e-mail systems.

Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling
- You are not afraid of new technologies, are curious and enthusiastic about technology and IT (computers, mobile devices).
- You like contact with people, enjoy communicating with them (German and English) and are helpful.
