Your role in the team
- Core development on our software platform: architecture of the stateless, scalable server components in C# / ASP.NET Core Advancing our model-first architecture and the BLogic layer – you help shape how the platform works
- Technical ownership in client projects with major European concert halls
- Designing data models and processes from which large parts of the application are generated
- Direct professional contact with the venues – you speak to Elbphilharmonie, Gewandhaus or the Berlin Philharmonic yourself
- Mentoring colleagues and career changers within the team
- Working with PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MS-SQL and containerised, high-availability components
- Clear documentation of architectural decisions and development work

Our expectations of you
Education
- A completed education in computer science or software development (technical college, apprenticeship, university) is welcome – what counts is your hands-on track record
- Self-taught developers with matching professional experience are equally welcome
Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on work with C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core
- A solid grasp of software architecture and data modelling
- Experience with Vue.js and TypeScript on the frontend
- Confident SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MS-SQL)
- Experience with containerised environments and scalable server applications
- Willingness to make technical decisions and explain the reasoning
- Comfortable in direct client contact, including demanding requirements
- Fluent German, English for documentation and libraries
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in software development, a substantial part of it in the .NET ecosystem
- Experience designing data models and the architecture of multi-layered applications
- Hands-on practice with Git-based collaboration, container environments and deployment processes
- Experience in direct client contact and gathering functional requirements
- Nice to have: experience with low-code or code-generation approaches, vertical software or complex resource planning

- Transparent pay: € 3,900 to approx. € 6,000 gross/month (14 salaries) depending on qualification and IT collective agreement grading, plus bonuses

- Permanent full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, starting immediately or by arrangement
