Job Technologies
Your role in the team
- Development of XCORE, our model-first business platform – C# / ASP.NET Core backend, Vue.js and TypeScript frontend
- Modelling data structures and processes – the model is the foundation from which large parts of the application are generated
- Implementing business logic via our event-based BLogic layer in C#
- Building new modules and features for clients such as Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Gewandhaus Leipzig and the Berlin Philharmonic
- Analysing client processes in direct contact with the venues – first-hand feedback, no intermediaries
- Working with PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MS-SQL and containerised, scalable components
- Clear, maintainable documentation of your work

Our expectations of you
Education
- A completed education in computer science or software development (technical college, apprenticeship, university) is welcome, but not required
- Self-taught developers are equally welcome: what you can do matters more than what your certificate says
- A career change is possible if you can show genuine hands-on interest in programming
Qualifications
- Experience with C# or .NET / ASP.NET Core – from work, education or your own projects
- Frontend experience with Vue.js and TypeScript, or the willingness to get up to speed quickly
- Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MS-SQL)
- A feel for data modelling: here the model comes first, not the code
- Or a career change: you come from another field, taught yourself to code and want to make it your profession. Career changers are explicitly welcome – we train internally
- Structured way of working, willingness to take responsibility, and you can talk to clients
- Fluent German, English for documentation and libraries
Experience
- Professional experience in software development is welcome but not required – we are open to everyone from career changers to experienced developers
- Hands-on work with C# / .NET on the backend or Vue.js / TypeScript on the frontend – personal projects, open source or coursework count too
- Experience with relational databases and modelling data structures
- Experience in direct client contact is a plus: here you talk to the venues yourself, not through intermediaries
- Nice to have: exposure to container environments, Git-based collaboration or low-code approaches
What we offer
- Transparent pay: € 2,550 gross/month (14 salaries) for career changers without relevant experience, € 3,267 to approx. € 6,000 with development experience – depending on qualification and IT collective agreement grading, plus bonuses
- Software running at the Berlin and Vienna Philharmonic, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Gewandhaus Leipzig and the Berlinale – you see the impact of your code directly
- Small team, no corporate overhead: short paths from requirement to release, no six approval loops
- A deliberately modern stack: C# / ASP.NET Core, Vue.js, TypeScript, containerised and scalable
- Based in Wörgl with home office days by arrangement once you are settled in. One colleague works fully remote – possible here once collaboration is established
- Office right at Wörgl train station – under 40 minutes by rail from Innsbruck, Kufstein or Jenbach
- Training and further education during working hours
- Permanent full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, starting immediately or by arrangement
- Real responsibility from day one, short decision paths
