Your role in the team
- Contributing to our model-driven business platform – C# / ASP.NET Core backend, Vue.js and TypeScript frontend Starting out on clearly scoped modules and features, with the team alongside you
- Learning to think in models: here the data structure comes first, and large parts of the application are generated from it
- Implementing business logic via our event-based BLogic layer in C#
- Contributing to client projects for venues such as Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Gewandhaus Leipzig and the Berlin Philharmonic
- Your own client contact once you find your footing – here you talk to the venues yourself, not through intermediaries

Our expectations of you
Education
- A completed education in computer science or software development (technical college, apprenticeship, university) is welcome, but not required
- Self-taught developers are equally welcome: what you can do matters more than what your certificate says
- A career change is possible if you can show genuine hands-on interest in programming
- Straight out of school, university or a coding course is fine too – you can start here as a first-job developer
Qualifications
- First hands-on knowledge of C# or .NET – from your education, a course or personal projects
- An interest in frontend work with Vue.js and TypeScript, or the willingness to learn it
- Basic SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MS-SQL)
- An interest in data modelling – here you learn to think in models before writing code
- Career changers welcome: you come from another field, taught yourself to code and want to make it your profession. We train internally
- A structured way of working, willingness to learn, and the openness to ask questions
- Fluent German, English for documentation and libraries
Experience
- Professional experience is not required – initial programming practice from your education, personal projects or self-study is enough
- Some exposure to C# / .NET or Vue.js / TypeScript – a hobby project, a course or open source all count
- A basic grasp of relational databases; thinking in models is something you learn here
- We chose our stack deliberately: technologies that are globally available and can be learned through self-study
- Nice to have: exposure to Git, container environments or low-code approaches
What we offer
- Transparent pay: € 2,550 gross/month (14 salaries) for career changers without relevant experience, more with initial programming practice – according to the IT collective agreement, plus bonuses
- Structured onboarding within the team: you won't be thrown in at the deep end – we guide you from customisation work to core development
- Software running at the Berlin and Vienna Philharmonic, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Gewandhaus Leipzig and the Berlinale – you see the impact of your code directly
- Small team, no corporate overhead: short paths from requirement to release, no six approval loops
- A deliberately modern stack: C# / ASP.NET Core, Vue.js, TypeScript, containerised and scalable – technologies that take you anywhere
- Based in Wörgl, home office days by arrangement once you are settled in
- Office right at Wörgl train station – under 40 minutes by rail from Innsbruck, Kufstein or Jenbach
- Training and further education during working hours
- Permanent full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, starting immediately or by arrangement
- Real tasks from your first weeks and a clear development path
