Your role in the team
- Administration, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt auf Server, Storage, Virtualisierung und Netzwerk.
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und hochverfügbaren Betriebs unserer IT-Systemlandschaft.
- Betrieb, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierungs-, Storage- und Backup-Lösungen.
- Administration und Absicherung von Netzwerk- und Security-Komponenten einschließlich Patch- und Hardening-Maßnahmen.
- Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Monitoring- und Betriebsprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen sowie Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux- und/oder Windows-Serverumgebungen sowie Active Directory.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien und im Betrieb von Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien, insbesondere Routing, VPN, Netzwerksegmentierung und Firewall-Konzepten.
- Analytisches Denken, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und im Betrieb komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Storage-Systemen sowie Storage-Protokollen wie NFS und iSCSI.
- Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Ansible, Terraform) sowie Erfahrung mit Citrix, Firewalls und Cloud-Technologien.
- Erfahrung mit Backup-, Recovery-, Patch- und Lifecycle-Management sowie grundlegenden IT-Security-Konzepten.

- Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden).
- Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 55.356 brutto pro Jahr (auf 38,5 Stunden Basis).
