- You have a strong technical foundation in Python and distributed systems. You review a pipeline design and locate the scaling ceiling before production does it for you.
- You have delivered software into environments the customer controls, not only infrastructure you run yourself.
- You work in writing. This is an async-first, remote-friendly organization with a distributed team. Decisions live in documents and interfaces, not in recurring meetings.
