- Structured approach to work and an interest in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing operational processes
- German C1 required
- A DevOps Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) is required.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps and cloud environments
- Experience with: container technologies and registries (e.g., Quay), automated testing and deployment processes, monitoring/observability (Grafana), databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Java-based applications is an advantage
- A plus: experience in regulated environments (e.g., banking, public sector), knowledge of DevSecOps practices, experience with other observability tools or automation solutions
