In this role, you will develop target architectures and technical solutions for platform engineering and software development while integrating AI solutions and optimizing processes.
Your role in the team
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Plattformen, Tools und Engineering-Prozesse.
- Konzeption von Zielarchitekturen und technischen Lösungen für Platform Engineering, Softwareentwicklung und Betrieb.
- Identifikation und Bewertung von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen.
- Konzeption und Integration von AI-/GenAI-Lösungen, insbesondere auf Basis von LLMs, RAG und AI Agents.
- Evaluierung neuer Technologien, Plattformen und Tools sowie Durchführung von Proof of Concepts.
- Definition von technischen Standards, Best Practices und Governance-Vorgaben für Plattform- und AI-Lösungen.
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Engineering-Teams sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Herstellern und Architektur-Gremien.
- Erstellung von technischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Dokumentationen und Empfehlungen.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Software-, Plattform- und Integrationsarchitekturen.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Generative AI und LLM-basierter Lösungen, z. B. RAG, AI Agents, Prompt-/Context Engineering und AI APIs.
- Verständnis von Security-, Datenschutz- und Governance-Anforderungen für Plattform- und AI-Lösungen.
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams, Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering oder DevOps.
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-/Container-Technologien, CI/CD, APIs und modernen DevOps-Praktiken.
- Erfahrung in der Bewertung neuer Technologien sowie in der Erstellung von Architektur- und Lösungskonzepten.

- Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 64.554,00 Brutto pro Jahr.
