Qualifications
- Knowledge of business process analysis and a proven track record in business process improvement initiatives.
- A solid background in controlling and accounting, along with a good understanding of financial processes, is essential.
- System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view.
- Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as define alternatives & prioritizations.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders.
- Travel 0-10%.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in an FP&A position.
- Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, etc.] is beneficial.
What we offer
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,251.00 gross per month.
