Our expectations of you

Education

• You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.

Qualifications

• You have a very good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and possess broad knowledge of core SAP modules and end-to-end processes, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM, TM, HCM, or comparable process domains.
• You are very familiar with RICE-/RICEF-objects, custom code, interfaces, extension concepts, data migration, and integration architectures.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP BTP, Clean-Core strategies, Side-by-Side Extensions, SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Fiori/UI5, CAP, RAP, or comparable technologies.
• You are passionate about new topics, independently acquire new knowledge, and continuously develop your skills.
• You connect technical, professional, and strategic perspectives and are able to structure complex relationships clearly and communicate them understandably.
• You excel in communication, moderation, and presentation skills at management and expert levels.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team, bringing a pragmatic perspective to sustainable architecture decisions.

Experience

• You bring several years of experience in SAP transformation programs, ideally in the context of migrations from SAP R/3 or SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• You have experience in designing SAP target architectures, solution designs, fit-to-standard analyses, process harmonization, and in assessing deviations from SAP standards.
