In this role, you will drive quality assurance for a new retail ERP system by developing test concepts and cases, assessing new feature readiness, and coordinating their release into integration and acceptance testing.

Your role in the team
- Verankerung von Qualität in unseren Entwicklungsteams von Beginn an - von der Anforderung über die Testfälle bis zur Freigabe.
- Erstellung und Abstimmung von Testkonzepten und Testfällen für neue Funktionen.
- Prüfung der Testbereitschaft neuer Funktionen und Koordination der Übergabe an Integrations- und Abnahmetests.
- Mitgestaltung der Teststrategie für ein neu entstehendes konzernweites Retail ERP-System, inklusive Einsatz von KI-gestützten Werkzeugen zur Testfallerstellung.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossener IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
Qualifications
- Gutem Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Integrationstests.
- Fähigkeit, Qualitätsthemen im Team zu vertreten und Entwickler:innen einzubinden statt nur zu prüfen.
- Sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
Experience
- Mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Software-Testing, idealerweise in einem agilen Entwicklungsteam.
- Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung und gängigen Werkzeugen (Playright, Selenium, Cypress von Vorteil).
