Review Summary
According to the reviews, Tapkey GmbH is praised for its stable code base and excellent opportunities for product involvement. Employees also appreciate the strong team spirit and modern tech stack. However, improvement is needed in opportunities for junior developers and open-source contributions, which lag behind industry standards. Work flexibility and a safe environment receive positive feedback, while communication and diversity are reported as lacking. Overall, it's an appealing workplace with certain areas for growth.
