Employer reviews
According to the reviews, Standard IT Business Solutions GmbH is especially valued for its supportive environment for junior developers. Employees praise the company's agility and safe space for trying out new ideas. However, improvement is needed in areas like salary and perks, and career growth opportunities. The technical equipment is appreciated, but there is room for improvement in the tech stack's modernity and work-life balance. Team dynamics and communication culture appear to be positive aspects of the company.
