    Wir legen sehr großen Wert auf eine stabile Codebase. Auf jeden Sprint folgt eine Qualitätswoche, in welcher ausschließlich die Codequalität im Vordergrund steht. Auch in der Feature-Planung und Implementierung wird bereits viel wert auf die Einhaltung best practicies gelegt und clean code wird bei uns großgeschrieben.

    Der TechStack ist uns sehr wichtig, wir sind ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Tools und Frameworks welche unser Produkt oder DEV Lifecycle verbessern. Als Teammitglied kann ich mich mit neuen Ideen und Frameworks einbringen und bekomme die Zeit, damit zu experimentieren. Andere Teamkollegen nehmen sich die Zeit, Neuheiten zu präsentieren und erklären.
