Review Summary
According to the reviews, it-eXperts IT-Dienstleistungs GmbH is highly appreciated for supporting junior developers, standing out positively here. Technical training and IT equipment are also praised. However, employees criticize the communication culture and team spirit, noting they fall below industry expectations. Improvement is needed in open-source contributions. Overall, the work-life balance appears solid, but there is room for growth in team diversity and career development.
