    Vor allem junge/neue Mitarbeiter bekommen die Möglichkeit, sich verschiedenste Bereiche anzusehen und werden dabei unterstützt, sich ihren eigenen Fachbereich aufzubauen und sich zu vertiefen. Später im Karrierepfad allerdings wurde zumindest bis jetzt fast ausschließlich der Umstieg ins Projektmanagement forciert. Das scheint sich momentan zu ändern, sodass auch der Karrierepfad in die Fachexpertise ohne Management- und Administrationsaufgaben möglich wird.

    Der Kollektivvertrag wird sehr ernst genommen und man bekommt viele Freiheiten. Die reine Anzahl der gearbeiteten Stunden ist weniger wichtig, die Leistung sollte allerdings stimmen.
