Employer reviews of Deloitte

According to reviews at Deloitte, the IT equipment and work appreciation are highly praised for exceeding industry standards. Career opportunities, salary, and team diversity are also valued. However, employees see room for improvement in communication culture, documentation, and code stability, which fall below average. Another concern is the low contribution to open-source projects. Overall, Deloitte provides a good environment for growth with modern tech and training.
