Review Summary
According to the reviews, AX3000 is particularly praised for its appreciative work culture, freedom at work, and efficient project management. The modern office equipment and stable code base also stand out positively. However, there is criticism concerning open source contribution and opportunities for junior developers, seen as needing improvement. Overall, AX3000 appears to offer a very pleasant work environment, though there is room for enhancement in technology adoption.
