Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• You possess solid knowledge in the field of Identity & Access Management as well as Identity Lifecycle Management, and have a sound understanding of IT security, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
• You are familiar with modern identity platforms and can quickly understand technical matters, engaging in discussions with business and IT on equal footing.
• You are proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe, possess expertise in professional backlog management, and are experienced in working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Agile Hive, or MS Whiteboard.
• You communicate excellently in German and English, moderate technical as well as professional discussions in a structured manner, and possess strong stakeholder and interface management skills.
• You think analytically and strategically, prioritize clearly under pressure, and take responsibility—including the courage to address uncomfortable issues openly instead of avoiding them.
• You are passionate about agile principles and teamwork, recognize team dynamics early, and resolve conflicts constructively — with a self-organized and solution-oriented attitude.
• You understand the complexity of large organizations and varying levels of agile maturity, and you create orientation in a dynamic environment through structure, clarity, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• You ideally have knowledge of Romanian, which will facilitate your collaboration with our international team.

Experience

• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in agile software development environments - ideally in complex organizations within the insurance or financial sector with audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
