Our expectations of you

Education

• University degree in (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Logistics or a comparable qualification (e.g., HTL, HAK, AHS with relevant professional experience).

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of end-to-end processes in a production environment – from production planning through manufacturing control to the integration of adjacent business processes along the supply chain.
• Ability to translate business requirements into future-proof solution concepts and collaboratively design sustainable processes with our clients.
• Ideally, knowledge of related business processes such as procurement, warehouse management, quality management, or asset management, as well as their integration into seamless end-to-end processes.
• A sense of ownership, hands-on mentality, team spirit, and a high quality standard characterize your way of working.
• Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel in national and international project environments.

Experience

• Several years of experience in SAP transformation or implementation projects with a focus on manufacturing or plan-to-produce.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in both Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments, as well as a good understanding of SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches.
• Experience in conducting workshops, process analyses, as well as designing and implementing end-to-end solutions – from design and implementation to test management, go-live, and hypercare.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style as well as a confident demeanor at professional and management levels; ideally complemented by experience in (partial) project management.
