Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Focus Backend

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a person in the field of Quality Assurance Engineering with a focus on test automation. In this role, you will work on quality assurance for our Java-based SaaS solution and develop automated tests that help us deliver new features reliably and detect regressions early.

The focus is on automated system, integration, and regression testing in close collaboration with software development and DevOps.

Your responsibilities:

• Specification, development, extension andMaintenance of automated tests for our Java-based SaaS platform
• System testswithout external dependencies to ensure core product functions are stable and reproducible
• Integration Testswith external dependencies, which are recorded or simulated to ensure deterministic test behavior
• Expansion of ourRegression Test Suiteto ensure that existing functionality is reliably tested with new releases
• Analysis of failed tests, narrowing down the causes of errors, and close coordination with development and DevOps.
• Quality assurance of newly developed features together with the responsible developers.
• Participation in test strategies, test data concepts, and the further development of our QA processes, including the meaningful use of AI tools.
