JavaScript Developer

As part of our team, you will develop tracking solutions for our clients. You will work closely with them, contribute creative ideas, prioritize requirements, and represent Webrocket positively and professionally to the outside world.

Specifically, this includes:

• Development and maintenance of client-side and server-side tracking code (JavaScript snippets, tags, browser APIs, server-side tracking)
• Implementation and configuration of tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, JENTIS, ...)
• Technical implementation of A/B tests
• Integration and consumption of APIs (RESTful, JSON, SOAP) for data transmission and processing
• Ensuring data quality through systematic debugging in the browser console and with developer tools
• Analysis of tracked data to identify and fix potential errors in tracking
• Coordination with the respective contacts of our clients – from web development to marketing and analytics to business stakeholders – to integrate tracking cleanly and GDPR-compliantly into their websites
• Active participation throughout the entire development process: requirements analysis, solution design, coding
• Proactive contribution of ideas and improvement suggestions

Base salary according to collective agreement classification (+15%) per month on a full-time basis: € 3,570 – € 4,547 (depending on qualifications and experience)
