- Skilled in agile, hybrid and traditional project management approaches, with hands-on experience using Jira/Confluence and Excel/PowerPoint; familiar with leveraging AI to improve efficiency and optimize processes; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL are an advantage.
