Experience
- Several years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Developer with PHP (target stack: PHP 8.5).
- Solid frontend skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, modern HTML/CSS, and experience with a current framework (e.g., Vue or React).
- Experience with static analysis tools (PHPStan, Psalm) and automated refactoring (Rector) is a plus.
- Practical experience with modern AI tools in the development process (code analysis, review support, AI assistants) — and a willingness to evaluate new tools and introduce them to the team.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automated quality assurance is an advantage.
