Job Summary
In this role, you manage Windows Servers, use SCCM for endpoint management, and develop backup strategies. You automate tasks, solve complex issues in 2nd-/3rd-level support, and collaborate closely with the global IT team.

- Laufender Betrieb und Entwicklung der Windows Server (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Hyper-V).
- Windows Endpoint Management mit Software Deployment (SCCM) und Endpoint Protection (EDR).
- Planung und Umsetzung von Backup- & Recovery-Strategien.
- Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Tasks.
- Lösung komplexer Themen als 2nd-/3rd-Level Support.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen IT-Team, insbesondere bei der Umsetzung gemeinsamer Standards.

Education
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung.
Qualifications
- Interesse an Linux Servern & Automatisierung mit Shell/Ansible, Virtualisierung mit Proxmox, SQL-DBs, Zertifikat-Management, Container, Git, CI/CD und mehr.
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Windows System Administrator.
- Erfahrung mit Server Hardware, Endpoint-Management & -Security Solutions, Backup & Recovery, Netzwerk-Management und PowerShell.
