Description
In total there are 35 developers at the location in Vienna that are working in two groups: One developing a cloud-based work management solution and one developing cloud-based video analytics software for video surveillance leveraging AI. The groups are structured in development teams of 4 to 6 people, who work with a DevOps mentality. Each feature team is not dependent on the other teams in terms of feature delivery and is supported by an enabling and infrastructure Team

Each development team meets for daily Kanban stand-up meetings where they discuss current blockers and how to resolve them. In regular weekly and monthly meetings, the rest of the group is updated on the progress of each individual team. Regular retrospectives help to discuss what went well and what can be improved in order to live continuous improvement. End user input is gathered with Customer Intimacy Workshops and quarterly user groups. The overall objectives are set using quarterly OKRs, which are reviewed every week.

- Why did you choose this team?
- I wanted to move abroad, and I was ready for new challenges. I liked the dynamics of the team and the approach they had towards tackling the problems at hand. It was also a great opportunity for me to learn a lot since some members of the team have extensive knowledge of software development
- What´s your job about?
- I'm working as a frontend developer on an upcoming product. My team is responsible for creating a fast, responsive, and user-friendly software by using the latest frontend technologies and approaches to software development

- The number of challenges, excellent work atmosphere and the diversity of cultures. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. It's a great place to grow, both as a software developer and as a person
