Sehr vieles ist extrem gut Dokumentiert. Mir als Lehrling hat es extrem geholfen ein Strukturiertes Informationscenter zu haben.

Man kriegt sehr viele Chancen aus seinen Fehlern zu lernen. Wichtig ist nur das man die gleichen Fehler nicht zu oft wiederholt.

Mir wurde sehr gutes Equipment zugeteilt. Natürlich funktioniert etwas nicht hin und wieder aber das wird schnell vom IT Bereich gerichtet.
