In this role, you will analyze and design security solutions in cloud and on-premises environments, implement Microsoft security technologies, and conduct technical workshops.

You will join an IT admin team to plan and implement Microsoft infrastructures like Office 365 and Azure, maintain systems, conduct 3rd-level support, and independently execute projects while evaluating new technologies.

In this role, you will design the IT infrastructure, implement and optimize Microsoft servers and services, as well as MS SQL and virtualization solutions while ensuring smooth operations and high availability of IT services.

In this role, you will implement and operate modern IT infrastructures, optimize server and cloud systems, support complex issues, and contribute to the high availability of our IT services.

In this role, you will handle IT incidents and requests from clients, analyze and resolve issues in 1st and 2nd level support, and actively optimize our support processes and knowledge base.

In this role, you manage the Windows server and client landscape, administer Active Directory, monitor OT systems, and coordinate support. Additionally, you are responsible for PKI management and actively participate in projects.

In this role, you manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365, handle network infrastructure, firewall management, and VMware while leading IT projects and troubleshooting issues.

In this role, you will receive IT issues and inquiries, process trouble tickets, and assist our users both over the phone and in writing. You will maintain the knowledge base and guide new colleagues during onboarding.
