Job Summary
In this role, you actively ensure the quality of web and mobile applications by performing manual and automated testing, utilizing AI tools to proactively identify issues and optimize the testing process.

Your role in the team
As an AI Native Automation Developer, you will shape the technical foundation of our projects. You will develop highly efficient backend infrastructures and ensure that our architecture remains scalable and future-proof. At the same time, you will be the driving force behind our new AI Native Testing division: you will use AI agents and smart scripting to proactively detect errors, setting new quality standards within our team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting manual and automated software tests in the field of websites / frontend and mobile apps (iOS / Android) - End to End testing
- Evaluation, implementation, and use of AI agents and AI test automation tools to increase test coverage and proactively detect errors
- Thorough analysis of requirements
- Setting up the test environment and creating test plans based on project and product requirements
- Continuous development, optimization, and documentation of the entire test process
- Continuous coordination with project partners, design, and development teams
- Automation of tests and strategic further development of our internal standards

Our expectations of you
Education
- Completed IT education (HTL, FH/University) or equivalent professional experience
Qualifications
- Practical experience with AI tools and the motivation to use them specifically in software testing.
- Experience in software testing as well as confident handling of QA processes and common testing practices
- Basic understanding of software development and understanding of agile processes
- High quality standards, precise working method, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented and proficient in German and English
- Interest in contributing to the operational and strategic development of our QA
Experience
Nice to have
- Experience in performance testing, security testing, or accessibility testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation (GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as Bruno, Postman, AppTester / Testflight
