In this role, you will work on the next generation of enterprise AI and develop new product features in one of the most exciting areas of today’s AI landscape.
- Development of new features and continuous improvement of production systems
- Work on new approaches in agentic AI and the production integration of large language models
- Collaboration with universities and research partners on applied AI

Our expectations of you
Education
- Research experience in the field of artificial intelligence is a plus
Qualifications
- High ownership mindset you ship features end-to-end and think in terms of real customer impact
- Strong backend skills (Python/Django preferred, other stacks welcome)
- Curiosity about modern AI technologies and eagerness to explore new approaches
- Ability to technically lead a team of engineers and delegate work effectively
Experience
- Several years of professional software engineering experience (at least 4 years)
- Experience or clear willingness to work in a startup or scale-up environment
- Experience with semantic technologies and graph-based data architectures is a plus
