Your role in the team

You are responsible for vision, roadmap, and prioritization: You define and maintain a clearly structured product backlog; you prioritize features based on business value and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and development teams.
You take full responsibility for managing national and international Salesforce projects – from conception to successful implementation (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
You ensure smooth testing processes, guarantee compliance with IT architecture, international security standards, and cost-effectiveness, while also ensuring adherence to corporate governance policies and regulatory guidelines (including DORA, GDPR).
You efficiently manage internal and external Salesforce service providers and act as the central point of contact – for both suppliers and the IT management of the Porsche Bank Group.
You advise specialized departments on the implementation and expansion of Salesforce functionalities (Flows, Lightning Pages, Journey Builder, etc.), and you actively contribute to the further development of internal processes and methods.
You ensure seamless integration with our core systems by defining clear system boundaries in accordance with the development plan and reference architecture.
In addition, you assist with infrastructure and support issues and manage the systems in 3rd-level support for the specialized areas assigned to you.
