Software Engineer

• Development of modern, scalable web applications across the entire stack – from high-performance frontends to stable backend services.
• Design and implementation of architectures in the interplay of Frontend, Backend, and Cloud, taking into account Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Close collaboration within the team as well as with clients in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement and impact-oriented results.
• Proactive development of solutions with high quality standards and a focus on sustainable, pragmatic results with added value.
• Modernization of existing applications and migration to contemporary architectures.
• Integration of APIs, CMS systems, and external services.
• Further development of CI/CD processes as well as automated deployments in cloud environments.

• The collective agreement minimum salary (IT Collective Agreement AT) is €55,356 gross per year based on full-time employment.
• The salary range at Gofore for the fixed annual gross salary is up to €80,000 (above the IT collective agreement), depending on the level of experience.
• In addition to the fixed salary, you participate directly in Gofore's economic success through our Flex Model.
• Upon achieving 100% of the target, you will receive a variable component of 8% of your fixed salary.
