Mobile Developer:in (all Levels)
As a Mobile Developer, you are responsible for developing high-quality apps for iOS and Android. You will work closely with our crew, consisting of experienced developers who love and live AI-supported development. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of UX design, as well as "best practices" for both platforms, and is eager to implement them perfectly technically.
Responsibilities
- You build native apps with SwiftUI & Swift (iOS) as well as Jetpack Compose & Kotlin (Android)
- Careful implementation of UI designs in compliance with platform-specific design guidelines
- Effective use of AI coding tools like Claude Code for planning and developing mobile apps
- Participation in code reviews to improve our engineering standards
- Bringing in your own ideas, concepts, and designs into the development process
- Direct exchange with project partners, colleagues, and clients

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Swift and/or Kotlin and the willingness to master both platforms
- Thorough understanding of common software architectures and implementation approaches in mobile app development
- Proficient in AI-supported workflows and the ability to validate and optimize AI outputs
- Attention to detail, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for software projects
- Communicative, team-oriented, and open to new technologies
Experience
Nice to have
- Experience with the Android View System or UIKit
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar AI engineering tools
