Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you work on developing and designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing primarily on Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and HR Service Delivery. You are responsible for customizing, application development, configuration, and technical support of the modules. Together with the ADVVISE project team, you support our clients in achieving desired business outcomes by sharing best practice experiences based on successful implementations. You create and define technical solution concepts that are developed collaboratively within the team.

• Implementation and execution of customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with the defined Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and HR Service Delivery processes.
• Conceptualization and provision of technical solution approaches
• Testing the implementation and optimization of existing configurations
• Documentation of the technical implementation
• Development and improvement of cross-team standards and product solutions
• Participation in internal team meetings and knowledge sharing to discuss best practices
• Although many projects are carried out remotely, travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (mainly in the DACH region) may be required.
