Education

• Therefore, a university or college degree with an analytical focus or in the field of healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• A broad knowledge is just as much a requirement for a Business Analyst as in-depth specialized knowledge.
• Furthermore, the position requires excellent database knowledge, outstanding MS Office skills (especially Excel proficiency), and good English skills.
• Furthermore, we expect you to have excellent presentation skills, a high level of self-management, communication skills, a sense of ownership, and mature knowledge in project management.
• Very good analytical skills, service- and customer orientation, willingness to learn, and problem-solving ability complete your personality profile.
• The knowledge necessary for the successful management of tasks must be kept up to date or new methods must be learned and applied.
• Completed service examinations; applicants who have not yet taken the required service examinations must be willing to complete them within a period of 5 years.
• Collegial and appreciative interaction.

Experience

• You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the analysis of business requirements as well as the development of corresponding solutions in the DWH context.
