Solutions Engineer Security Operations Center

As a Solutions Engineer SOC, your mission is to demonstrate the capabilities of the ACP SOC in the market and to support potential customers with expert consulting.

You act as the central interface between technical delivery, sales, and customers to develop and present the best solution based on current threats, customer requirements, budgets, or compliance standards.

• Needs analysis & consulting: Gathering customer requirements in the areas of SOC, Threat Detection, Incident Response, and Security Monitoring.
• Solution Design: Development of tailored SOC architectures, use cases, and service concepts.
• Product & Service Demonstrations: Conducting presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoC).
• Bid Support: Technical evaluation of tenders, preparation of concept papers, and assistance with bid preparation and cost calculations.
• Technical support in sales: Close collaboration with the sales team in acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Knowledge transfer: Close collaboration with analysis, DevOps, and incident response teams to further develop the services.
• Market and trend observation: Analysis of current security trends, technologies, and attack vectors to provide competent advice to clients.
