Solutions Engineer Security Operations Center

As a SOC Solutions Engineer, your mission is to demonstrate the ACP SOC's capabilities in the market and to support potential customers with expert guidance.

• Needs analysis & consulting: Capturing customer requirements in the area of SOC, Threat Detection, Incident Response and Security Monitoring.
• Solution design: Creation of tailored SOC architectures, Use-Cases and service concepts.
• Product- & Service Demonstrations: Conducting presentations, demos and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
• Proposal support: Technical evaluation of tenders, creation of concept papers, and support in proposal preparation and calculations.
• Technical support in sales: Close collaboration with the sales team in acquiring new customers and in expanding existing customer relationships.
• Knowledge transfer: Close collaboration with Analytics, DevOps, and Incident Response teams to further develop the services.
• Market and trend monitoring: Analysis of current security trends, technologies and attack vectors to competently advise clients.
