Job Summary
In this role, you will lead and manage Salesforce projects, develop customized Apex and Lightning web components, and integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, while closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Takes a lead on Salesforce projects with an emphasis on: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP Systems
- Data engineering experience
- Implement Salesforce best practices
- Analysis of sales / business procedures, gathering requirements
- Develop and maintain Apex and Lightning web components
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders including Sales, IT, Marketing, E-Comm, sales teams along with external partners
- Maintenance of up-to-date integration documentation, user guides and training material
- Monitors system performance and takes a lead on security and back-up topics

Education
- Academic degree with computer science/information systems or equivalent
Qualifications
- Skills in programming with APEX and APIs
- Salesforce certifications desirable
- German and English languages
Experience
- Several years experience in CRM development - ideally with the Salesforce platform
- Experience in technical design of CRM systems / ERP integrations
