Recruiting

Integration in Recruiting Process: HR is the initial contact point, guiding the recruitment process and routing applications to the relevant departments. Interviews and discussions are conducted directly with the teams, often involving HR.

Onboarding Procedure: After the EY Welcome Day, new colleagues start working with their teams on the first day, gradually taking on responsibilities. A defined training path with international and local sessions, online courses, and team events supports skill development.
