Recruiting

Integration in Recruiting Process: The most capable employees actively participate in the recruiting process. Their input is considered alongside the opinions of superiors and the HR department before any decisions are made.

Onboarding Procedure: New colleagues are directly integrated into daily business activities, accompanied by an existing team member.

Technical Challenges: The major challenges revolve around Industry 3.0 & 4.0 and the digitalization of entire business processes. For niche manufacturers without a specific technology focus, the challenge is to avoid falling behind in these areas.
