The Ströck bakery delivers fresh bread, pastries and desserts to thousands of homes in Vienna and Austria every day, through its stores and wholesale operations, hospitals, schools and kindergartens. At two locations passionate baking using a lot of handwork is done with attention also given to tradition, innovation and further development. Where machines can produce a better quality product, they are used so that more time is available for what human hands do better.
