- Why did you choose this team?
- Back in 2018, there was a huge demand after skilled DBAs and I had multiple options to choose from. The main reasons I decided for DBConcepts, first as a freelancer and later that year as an internal employee were: - variety of tasks, with different customers and different platforms - routine tasks are not a significant part of job - lots of opportunities to learn new technologies - not only database itself, but also the underlying systems like OS, storage, virtualization and so - open communication on all levels - culture of smaller companies are closer to me than those of big multinational corporations - sounds like cliché, but.. a really great team
- What´s your job about?
- I's mostly about helping our customers to do business. Logistics companies can load and unload trucks in time. Retail companies have shelves packed with all the goods customers are looking for. University students can sign up for their courses. And a lot more... All of our customers can focus on their main business without having to worry about their data.
- What do you like most about your job?
- The variety of tasks and projects I can work on, the support I get from teamlead and from management and the flexibility the company provides.
