In this role, you will manage CAD and PDM/PLM systems, provide user support and training, optimize processes, and contribute to the implementation of a configuration tool while showing flexibility for occasional trips to the Czech Republic.

In this role, you will review and validate design data for completeness and accuracy, document audited CAD data, and optimize digital workflows in collaboration with various departments.

In this position, you will become an expert in the Windchill application from PTC, supporting customers in solving inquiries through analysis and providing assistance both via phone and virtually.
